Many times, the first question I get asked is "how much?". That's a tough question to answer. As the father of 2 children, and someone who has attended hundreds of weddings, I completely understand how cost can be the main thing on your mind. But I hope that cost is not the primary item that is driving your decision to have a professional videographer at your wedding. After all, your wedding day is only going to happen once.

As a storyteller and documentarian, I would be very excited to hear about YOUR day. Every couple has an exciting story or two about their relationship, something unique and special about their wedding, and family and friends who will help make the wedding something that should be preserved on video. So I would enjoy hearing about those details, and then work with you to determine what would work best for you to make sure that your story does get told.

The wedding video pricing / packages below are all common setups that fit many weddings, but they are just suggested start points. I will work with you to make sure that you don't miss out on anything that might be good for your wedding, as well as to make sure that you don't have to pay for something that you don't need.

Our Wedding Videography Packages:

Keepsake Coverage   - $1,400.00

This package offers 1 videographer for a 4 hour block, utilizing 2 cameras at the ceremony and 1 during the reception. Want coverage to begin before the ceremony to capture the time before you walk down the aisle? That's fine. You tell us when you would like us to start. This Package includes:

• 2 Cameras at ceremony, 1 at reception

• 1 Professional Operator

• Wireless microphones on officiant and groom to capture the words

• Coverage for 4 consecutive hours, beginning at time of couple's choice

• 2 copies of edited video on DVD

A $700 reservation fee** holds your wedding date. 
* Additional hours can be added at $125 per hour, per videographer

Timeless Memories Coverage - $1,800.00

This package offers 1 videographer for a 6 hour block, with 2 cameras at the ceremony and 1 during the reception. It includes:

• 2 Cameras at ceremony, 1 at reception

• 1 Professional Operator

• Wireless microphones on officiant and groom to capture the words

• Coverage for 6 consecutive hours, beginning at time of couple's choice

• Retrospective video featuring a condensed version of the day

• 4 copies of edited video on DVD

An $900 reservation fee** holds your wedding date. 

Legacy Coverage - $2,600.00

This package provides 2 videographers for a 6 hour block, with 2 cameras at the ceremony and 2 during the reception. It includes:

• 2 Cameras at ceremony, 2 at reception

• 2 Professional Operators

• Wireless microphones on officiant and groom to capture the words

• Coverage for 6 consecutive hours, beginning at time of couple's choice

• Retrospective video featuring a condensed version of the day

• 6 copies of edited video on DVD

A $1,300 reservation fee** holds your wedding date.

Regency Coverage - $3,000.00

This package adds a 3rd camera to the ceremony coverage, with 2 professional videographers covering all the action for 8 hours. It also includes:

• 3 Cameras at ceremony, 2 at reception

• 2 Professional Operators

• Wireless microphones on officiant and groom to capture the words

• Coverage for 8 consecutive hours, beginning at time of couple's choice

• Retrospective video featuring a condensed version of the day

• 10 copies of edited video on DVD

A $1,500 reservation fee** holds your wedding date. 

Optional Items:

• Photo Montage - (50 Photos) - DVD provided to play at Rehearsal dinner, reception - $300.00 ($4.00 for each additional photo)

• Rehearsal Dinner Coverage - Coverage of rehearsal dinner to capture all the toasts, nice things said, and fun as you prepare for your wedding. $600.00 (3 hour coverage, 1 videographer)

• Video Booth - We will setup a video camera at the reception for 2 hours that runs continuously. allowing guests to share a message with the bride and groom in way where they feel comfortable, without a stranger poking a camera in their face. Messages are edited into the final reception video to capture all of the heartfelt words of love and wisdom from friends and family - $300.00

• Love Story Video - We shoot the couple talking about how they met, etc, and include couple provided photos that might illustrate what is being said, and shoot footage of the couple enjoying each others company. Tells the story of the couple, and can be shown at Rehearsal dinner and reception. - $800.00

• Additional DVD copies - $15.00 each

 

** The reservation fee is a non-refundable fee that is applied to the total cost of your video package, payable at time of booking in order to reserve your wedding date.

For certain venues, 1 videographer packages are not available due to logistics/lighting/other out-of-the-ordinary characteristics. We will work with the couple to determine the best solution for those venues by adapting current packages, or by creating a completely unique offering that fits the couple's needs.
